Following a the Dec 19, 2025 wind storm, we discovered that a large branch from one of our trees was precariously hanging over the sidewalk/crosswalk. We called emergencies City services but were understandably put in a queue. Feeling it was too unsafe to wait, we hired Ideal Tree Service who immediately came to our aid.
Not only did Ideal Tree Service removed the broken branches, but the owner John, also examined other branches on the tree and our property to assess dangers and potential future concerns. And I must say, John was meticulous in his care of our property. The clean-up was meticulous and our yard looked better than before the storm.
We felt cared for, well-served and educated. We highly recommend Ideal Tree Service.
